We specialize in residential heating and cooling systems.

We’re looking for a dependable, skilled, and customer-focused HVAC Service Technicians / Installers to join our team. This position involves diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and installing heating and air conditioning systems while delivering top-notch customer service.

Competitive Pay:

$25-$50 Per Hour

35-55 Hours Per Week with Overtime 

401k Matching 

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, water heaters, etc.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide efficient, cost-effective solutions
• Perform seasonal tune-ups, cleanings, and preventative maintenance
• Educate customers on system operations and energy efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Keep company vehicle, tools, and equipment clean and organized
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity

Requirements:

• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Willingness to work occasional overtime or on-call shifts during peak seasons
• Preferred: 2 years of HVAC service or installation experience
